Ingrid’s background demonstrates the professionalism and public relations maturity that comes from years of experience. From writing copy for newsletters to communicating
with workshop leaders, she feels fortunate to love the written word. Marketing tasks such as posting to social media and overseeing flyer design are the bread and butter of her day-to-day. Ingrid has an MBA in International Management and an M.A. in Strategic Communications.
After producing her own two DVDs and spending many years teaching yoga full-time, Ingrid feels fortunate to be truly immersed in the community of yogis. Her contacts include studio owners, leading yoga teachers, and thousands of students. While she still enjoys teaching, her main focus now is helping other teachers reach their target publics. Her most recent professional clients include Tom Morley and Max Strom and whom are both available as references.
For many years, Ingrid enjoyed spending 40+ hours per week with her excel spreadsheets. Her client list focused primarily in the financial services industry to include Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, and Charles Schwab. Now that her husband and little dog Maggie have taken center stage in her life, she prefers working from her home office and focusing in the industry that keeps her happiest, yoga.
Ingrid and her “grandparent-clients” do a wonderful job of teaching the importance of breath and movement to keep the body aging gracefully! Ingrid’s commentary is very insightful and her voice is soothing to the soul.
My son who is 7 loves to do yoga by himself and w/ us. After reading many reviews I had purchased a different DVD on Amazon that none of us liked. It was weird and was more about story telling w/ animals than actually teaching the children poses. I sent it back and dug back into my research. I found this video. It is awesome! My son has done it alone and we have done it w/ him. It is very easy to follow. I definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to get their little ones into yoga
My children, ages 3,4,and 6 are excited to do yoga with This DVD. They really enjoy the poses, stretching, breathing, and partner exercises. The movie is simple and easy to understand
